We're extremely proud to announce that Matt Burkholder has joined the ranks of the top cleaning industry professionals and earned the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from the BSCAI - Building Service Contractors Association International!

We apologize for the delay, but we are excited to announce Sebastion Shiro as our Employee of the Month for January! Sebastion is a wonderful, hard worker who has been employed with us since August of '25.

He cleans a library location for us and takes a lot of pride in his work.

One of his notable accomplishments is he won a silver medal in the Special Olympics Pennsylvania summer games in 2024!

We are honored to announce Erin Schroettinger as our new Regional Manager! In her new role, she will manage the day-to-day operations of our three branch offices in York, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; and Exton, PA.

With 15 years of commercial property management experience, Erin brings a deep commitment to service excellence, leadership, and client partnership to her role as Regional Manager at Pro Quality Cleaning.

After graduating from Ohio University in 2010, she relocated Zanesville, Ohio to Los Angeles, California, where she launched her career managing high-profile and iconic properties, including the historic Cinerama Dome in Hollywood. Her work also supported prominent tenants such as Meta and Microsoft. She served as Director of Operations at Robertson Properties Group and Redcar Properties, two well-respected Los Angeles–based real estate firms. In these roles, she focused on elevating operational standards, strengthening business performance, and developing teams.

In 2025, she relocated to Lancaster, PA to be closer to family – ushering in both a new chapter and a new career path. She joined Pro Quality Cleaning in early 2026, bringing her passion for creating exceptional building environments and her dedication to being a trusted partner for clients and supportive leader for her team.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys playing guitar and spending time outdoors. Recently she discovered a passion for birdwatching and nature photography.

Erin is our Regional Manager overseeing the Mechanicsburg, York, and Exton branch offices. Her background is property management and she is a joy to our team!

Our phenomenal floor crew conducted a strip and refinish for a customer of ours in Lancaster, PA. You can tell how in bad shape the floor was in the first two pictures, then the power of simply stripping all the old VCT floor finish off. The last few pictures show the final project and waxing the floor with the flat mop system.

We're happy to announce Rosa Castro Adorno for Employee of the Month for December! Rosa is an employee out of our Exton, PA branch office and has been with us for a year and a half. Our customer that she cleans for had nothing but fantastic things to say about her. She's reliable, happy, and proud of what she does.

We'd love to give a "shout-out" to one of our long-time employees, Niurys! She has been an employee of ours for ten years and cleans for one of our school facilities. A 1st grade teacher from the school she cleans said the following:

"Hey! I just want to give a shout out to the night crew person who does our classroom. Last week my kids tracked so much mud into my room it looked like a pig stye. When I came in the next day the room was sparkling! Even my back step was scrubbed clean. Please pass my sorry and thanks on to our person! They worked really hard and did a fantastic job!"

Another beautiful strip and re-finish job for one of our customers. Completely stripped off all old floor finish and applied four fresh coats, turning old beat up floors to looking almost brand new!

A few things that we freshened up:

1) A full "Leadership" tab. Since It takes a first-class team to build the type of company we envision, the Leadership tab highlights all of our office staff, management, and key field leaders along with profiles. Not many commercial cleaning companies do this due to the high turnover common in the industry, even among management. However, our aim is to be different and it shows our management stability.

2) Second, not only does it have pictures of each key staff member, but under each profile picture is a short YouTube video introduction of the staff member. The hope is that it shows us as the personable company that we truly are. Not only do you see a picture, but you can hear us:) We couldn't find another single company that does this.

3) Third, it ties into our sister company Pink Flamingo Lawn Care and highlights to our commercial customers the lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services we offer. Pink Flamingo Lawn Care was founded three years ago and is a strong addition to our portfolio of services.
