That “cheat weekend” binge isn’t a lack of willpower — it’s your body craving balance.

Stop cutting out the foods you love and start learning how to include them without guilt.

Skinny girls eat cookies!

(Maybe just not that many 🤭)

3 ways to not overindulge:

🍪 Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner with protein, healthy complex carbs, and veggies. This helps prevent binging later.

🍪 Do not open those cookies if you’re hungry. Treat them as an after dinner treat. Not a snack while you’re making food

🍪 Have a plan- be aware of calories and portion sizes. Know what you can fit into your daily calorie budget

Bonus: if you know you have no self control- don’t buy them. If you only have healthy snack options in your pantry, you’re gonna eat them! Besides- a portion size of 2 is just cruel lol

You’ve been told running is the best way to lose fat… but here’s the truth ⬇️

Yes running does burns calories! And you need to be in a deficit to lose weight.

However

Walking at an incline:

🔥 Helps your body tap into fat for fuel
🔥 Targets your glutes!
🔥 Is lower impact and easier to recover from
🔥 Keeps cortisol (stress hormone that stores belly fat) low

So if I wanted to burn fat, get skinny, and grow my glutes,

Incline walking will win every time!

➡️ Aim for 15 incline at 3.5 mph for at least 30 minutes!

🚨 PSA:

You didn’t lose weight because you “cut carbs.”

You lost weight because cutting carbs reduced your overall calories — aka, you were in a calorie deficit.

Carbs aren’t the enemy. Your body actually needs them for energy, performance, and recovery.

🔑 The real key to fat loss?

Learning how to eat in a way that keeps you satisfied, energized, and still in a deficit.

Stop blaming carbs. Start focusing on balance.
