Julie Stefanski, MEd, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CDE, FAND is the owner of Stefanski Nutrition Services in York, PA and a national media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Julie specializes in helping individuals with digestive disorders and diabetes. As a certified sports nutritionist, Julie has extensive experience in counseling athletes and improving their fueling plans. A former pediatric dietitian, Julie loves working with children to help improve their health.
