It’s taken weeks for me to even attempt to share about my graduation from 200 hour yoga teacher training. There are too many feelings, too many words… What stands out, above all, is gratitude. Gratitude for the support of my family & friends, gratitude for the sisterhood gained, gratitude for the universe bringing me my perfect teacher, gratitude for my studio and gratitude for the practice. This process was an absolutely humbling, soulful, life changing, unforgettable experience. Becoming a yoga teacher was a deep secret (mostly) dream I’d harbored for years — I truly never thought I’d actually do it. I am forever grateful 🪷 What does the future hold? I’m not sure but I have faith that the Universe will continue to show me the golden breadcrumbs of my journey and promise to follow. To my fellow graduates—remember are the light ✨✨✨

Thank you to and all the teachers who were so kind to allow us to observe and offered guidance. So much love for you all 🩵

These companies also share in the belief of fair-trade + sustainable practices. I've spent the majority of my life living on our beautiful coasts, both in Southern California + Southern Maine ~ my creations are sea inspired. I care about Mother Earth + all her beings.
