Update: All residents are now safe at home at our community! We are so humbled by our town and their support throughout this process. It was amazing to see everyone come together. A special thank you to our team for their unwavering dedication to our residents. We received praise by County and local officials, as well as first responders, for our process and professionalism. We are glad to be back!

Update: We are still pending further inspection by county officials, but we are so grateful for the immediate assistance and customer service shown by local and county authorities to expedite and mobilize all resources to ensure a quick and safe return to the community.

Update : Residents and staff are all safely relocated and are settled in for the night. Thank you to our staff and local officials for their support through this process. We’ll provide another update in the morning.

We want to inform you that, due to an issue with the power to the building, we are in the process of evacuating the community at the request of the city officials, both out of an abundance of caution and pending a more in-depth inspection. Please know that all residents are safe, and our team members are accompanying residents to secure and comfortable temporary locations. Our caregivers remain with them to ensure continued support, supervision, and reassurance.

At this time, our team is focused on the organized and safe transport of all residents. We ask that you continue following us on Facebook for more information. For emergencies only, you can contact 845-260-1707.

Our team is receiving the full support of officials to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Once relocation is completed and residents are settled for the evening, we’ll share more information. Thank you for your understanding and trust.
