Our Story

A locally-owned, small-family business - Garden of Zen Yoga Studio - was dreamed into reality by us - a Mom and Daughter team - and our doors are open to ALL looking to discover a yoga studio that is for everyone. We want to help you take those initial steps towards self-awareness by offering a relaxing and nurturing environment for every point on your personal journey. The journey starts wherever you are, and embracing this journey allows you to open and become more mindful of your inner self. With decades of combined experience and instruction ~ we’ll be a safe, comfortable place to be present along the way with a variety of styles of yoga classes, private sessions for all levels and abilities, Cardio Barre classes, and personal training/holistic life-coaching by appointment. We are now an approved Yoga Alliance Teacher Training School. Our first training will begin in January of 2020!!! Please contact the studio for more information or go to www.gozytt.com.
