Pole Tricks and Spins
Sunday, May 4th at 130PM
Beginner Friendly!

A multi-level class designed to build strength and stamina and increase pole skills. In this class, you will complete muscle memory and conditioning exercises, learn pole tricks and combos, and begin to develop both spin pole and static pole techniques. Both beginner and intermediate students are welcome.
