Attending the Black Mental Health Symposium in Jacksonville, FL this weekend & of course we had a COOKOUT! ❤️💚🖤💛
They weren't ready for my Spades game!! My grandma Cookie would be so proud!😅
Nor were they ready for this double-dutch magic!! 🤸🏽‍♀️ Haha! I still got it! 😎

Attending the Black Mental Health Symposium in Jacksonville, FL this weekend was definitely a highlight of my 2023 year! When I entered the room I exhaled. It was like being at home. I was surrounded by a community of people that looked like me with like minds & hearts for service. WE ARE AN INCREDIBLE GROUP OF PEOPLE! THERE IS GREATNESS IN US! 🖤❤️💚💛
I'm so thankful I branched out & connected with colleagues from around the world. We can't do this work alone & we need more community, more collaboration, & more unity to bring about a change! 🙏🏾
I will absolutely be attending The Black Mental Health Symposium again & again.🙌🏾 Next time, I hope will attend as a force to be reckoned with.
