Thank you all for your response to my yearly letter. I think I'm going to do a question a month, sort of for science and a bit for curiosity.

If you've "done" therapy before, what was the most useful part for you?

If you never used therapy services before, what would be a deciding factor in trying it?

All this is of course at your comfort level with either question.
