This is a fun new fitness class that I am teaching (along with a strength-focused stick mobility class other times of the week and a meditation class). I credit stick mobility for helping me to be a high-level athlete but this class is good for absolute beginners and people who are at all places on a fitness journey. It's fun and challenging and will help you move more powerfully through your life.
