Team Member Spotlight 🔦 | Aria On-Site

Meet Ian, one of our incredible field techs whose path to Aria wasn’t exactly planned—but shaped him in all the right ways. Along the journey, Ian took a few unexpected detours that taught him discipline, adaptability, leadership, and the value of staying open to growth.

His daily approach? Consistency. “How you do anything is how you do everything,” Ian says—and it shows. He shows up on time, leads with positivity, and never forgets to smile.

If Ian could take a paid year off, you’d find him in Jamaica, soaking in the culture and reconnecting with his roots. Spending time with his grandma and family, surrounded by nature, is what fills his cup.

And the one thing he never forgets during a long day on-site? His trusty water gallon 💧—keeping him energized, hydrated, and grounded, even on the hottest days.

We’re proud to have Ian on the Aria team—bringing his whole self to the work, every single day. 💪
