Our Story

TOPS CA1951 Yucca Valley is a weight loss support group associated with TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) which has chapters all over the world!! We all know what to do - eat less and move more - but most of us need support to help us on our weight loss journey! Our club meets every Friday - weigh-in is from 8:45 to 9:40 am and the meeting is from 9:45 am to 11:00 am. We talk about the struggles we all face with weight loss and have programs on nutrition, exercise, portion control, keeping focused and so much more!!! We offer positive reinforcement, awards for milestones and achievements!! We have contests to help motivate our members throughout the year!! Come join us on our journey to become healthier and get the support and encouragement that we all deserve!!
