ATHLETE FEATURE:

At TTP we offer services to all ages, including athletes. Below is Everly Olson who received manual therapy from our therapist Hiley Hall, PT, DPT. Her mother states "Our daughter hurt her foot two weeks before the National Softball Tournament. Hiley worked with her and showed her exercises to do at home. By Nationals, her foot was 100% back to normal, and she felt confident in playing." - Kacie Olson

Did you know, the core is a vital part of our functional movement? At TTP, we focus on sequencing, the ability to obtain correct positioning of joints before engaging in motion. Posture, core and glute engagement, and breath control are all an important part of sequencing for proper movement. If you suffer from joint pain, poor posture, or balance issues, we would love to work with you to improve your sequencing!
