Did you know...?!
Your egg quality is developing months before you actually ovulate. Same with male fertility. Nutrient stores, stress levels, sleep, blood sugar regulation, minerals status and gut health ALL affect your body's ability to conceive. While I never want someone to be obsessive about the food they eat, I usually recommend things to help the body.
Typically I say things like it can be helpful to eat whole foods, increase protein, reduce additional/added sugars, support your nervous system, help your body handle stress, get sunshine🌞, and rest!
Don't spend more time planning a vacation than you do preparing your body for a normal boring pregnancy and birth!
