It has been so hard to get our posts seen by everyone before we sell out most of the time, leaving many of you upset that you missed an order. We keep this press simple, with only the best Ohio sourced Honey Crisp Apples and the robust addition of cinnamon-- blended to complete perfection. This press can be served ice cold, warm, or spiked with your favorite spirit.

A quick kickstart in the tastebuds! This zippy wellness shot blends fresh ginger and lemon with a rotating base of either apple, orange, or pineapple-- whichever is on hand and freshest. It's bold, and just the right kind of punchy! Great for digestion, inflammation, and a natural wake up & energy boost. Potent but refreshing with a little sour, a little sweet, and a little more kick! This order is made with local apples! 🍎

Our seasonal pumpkin spice bowl is made with real pumpkin purée, with subtle notes of cinnamon & nutmeg. Loaded and topped with whipped topping, cinnamon granola, pecans, biscoff crumbles, dried cranberries & a dash of cinnamon!

When you choose your bowl, you will have the option to pick a signature bowl (loaded- highly recommend) or a naked bowl to build yourself at home!

REMINDER:
THESE BOWLS ARE COMING TO YOU FULLY FROZEN. 🥶

ALL toppings will come on top of your bowl and be FROZEN. Granola remains crunchy! You will remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before you wish to eat them, for a melty scoopable texture! These are meant to be a quick grab from your freezer and go option!

You will place your pre-order today, and self serve pickup for these items will be TUESDAY, 10/7 at Flow Fit Studios (2900 Barkers Run Road) between 5:30pm-7:00pm. PLAN TO PICK UP AT THIS TIME!

There’s a lot of juice left in the fridge that people have not picked up. You have until 6:30pm this evening. Your next pickup window for JUICE will be Saturday 8am-9am. 😕 after Saturday, any remaining juice will move to our patio freezer. Cold pressed juice is time sensitive. I hate to see people leave their juice behind. When you pre-order, we give you the day and time to pickup in the post. When the items are dropped off, we remind you again by posting here. This is now the second reminder. 🫶🏽🚩

🥣 BOWLS will be located on the patio in the big freezer. Bowls are bagged with your name on it. Be careful moving bags around, the bowls slide easy and can fall over! If you ordered more than 4 or 5, you will have multiple bags. Remember, your bowls are coming to you frozen SOLID. Toppings included (granola on the side). If you ordered a naked bowl, your bowls look empty and sad until you load them up at home with fresh goodies! All bowls should REMAIN FROZEN until you are ready to eat it! SET ON COUNTER FOR 15 minutes! Do NOT heat, do NOT set in fridge over night.

The freezer you are grabbing from is a commercial deep freezer— 2 things to note:

1️⃣ Once the door opens and closes… it vacuums shut to where it cannot be opened again for 30 seconds. Be patient. 😌

2️⃣ because its a commercial deep freeze and not your at home fridge freezer— it gets insanely cold. The toppings on your bowls are FRESH CUT fruit… do not leave your bowls in here for days or you will risk freezer burnt toppings!

‼️IF YOU ORDERED GRANOLA— there is a note on the freezer with how many to grab and put in YOUR BAG. Please only grab the number on the sheet!‼️

🧃 JUICE is INSIDE the building in the glass fridge! We are still going on the HONORS SYSTEM with juice. I will have a sheet posted on how many of each juice each person is to grab since we had a juice burglar last time. 🚩TAKE ONLY WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND ORDERED. DO NOT GRAB MORE. ALL JUICE was pressed 9/16-17.
