Hi everyone, Sterling Suites here.

Due to a completely unexpected chocolate situation, there may currently be an above-average number of Kit Kats in our community. We fully support everyone taking a break when needed.

We hosted our first ever Community Bingo on Friday the 13th, and while some might have expected spooky surprises, our afternoon was filled with nothing but laughter, friendship, and lots of lucky fun!

Residents and community members gathered for exciting rounds of bingo, great prizes, good coffee, and tasty snacks that kept everyone energized between games. We even had a younger guest join us — and it turns out he had all the luck, winning several rounds and keeping the competition lively!

Of course, every good game of bingo needs someone to keep things in order, and as everyone knows… our very own Carol is the boss when it comes to bingo! She made sure the games ran smoothly.

A special thank you to Kim G. for helping with prizes and volunteering her time to assist our Director of Community Engagement, Brittany, in making this event such a success. It’s support like this that helps us create events where residents and community members can come together, enjoy friendly competition, share great conversation, and build meaningful connections.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a Friday the 13th that turned out to be nothing but lucky!

The women’s baking club at Sterling Suites celebrated St. Patrick’s Day a little early by making festive Lucky Charms treats. Residents enjoyed working together to mix, spread, and decorate their sweet creations while sharing plenty of laughs along the way.

They also made sure our Activity Director, Kadijaha, knew the proper baking techniques. It’s safe to say she was in very good hands with this experienced group of bakers leading the way.

Activities like baking club are a great way to bring everyone together, encourage creativity, and of course enjoy a delicious reward at the end.

There’s always something fun happening at Sterling Suites, and this group definitely proved they have the luck of the Irish when it comes to baking.

Getting out in the community is always a great way to spend the day!

Our Administrator, Andy, recently took our Sterling Suites resident, Bob on a shopping trip to Walmart. From strolling the aisles to picking up a few items, the outing gave Bob a chance to enjoy a change of scenery and some good company along the way.

At Sterling Suites, moments like these are part of what makes our community special — making sure our residents stay connected, supported, and able to enjoy the everyday things that bring a smile.

We were honored to welcome the Zanesville Police Department to Sterling Suites for an important and informative scam awareness session.

Residents and members of our community had the opportunity to learn valuable tips on how to spot common scams, protect their personal information, and stay safe in today’s ever-changing world. The discussion was engaging, eye-opening, and filled with practical advice everyone can use.

We’re grateful to Zanesville Police Department for taking the time to educate and empower our residents. Partnerships like this help keep our community informed, confident, and protected.

Our residents recently got a wonderful surprise when they discovered that one of our very own Resident Assistants, Shirley, can SING!

What started as a simple moment quickly turned into a room full of smiles as Shirley shared her beautiful voice with everyone. Residents were absolutely delighted, and before long, the room was filled with joy, applause, and a little extra sparkle in the air.

Moments like these remind us that the people who care for our residents bring so many special gifts with them — and sometimes, we’re lucky enough to hear them!

Thank you, Shirley, for sharing your talent and making the day even more memorable at Sterling Suites.
