Congratulations to Delilah Beach for being selected as the 2025 Employee Spotlight of the Year winner for Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation! Delilah has been a team member at Adams Lane Healthcare for almost 19 years. She joined the team at Adams Lane in November 2006. Delilah currently works in the Environmental Services Department as a Floor Tech but she has held several positions over the years including as an STNA. Delilah has proven to be a true team player, and she can often be found filling in or picking up hours to help with Housekeeping, Laundry and direct care on the floor. Delilah is always willing to come in early and stay late if needed to assist the team. She truly cares not only for our residents but her fellow team members. She is considered a "motherly" figure by many at Adams Lane and is appreciated not only for her dependability and reliability but for her caring and compassionate personality. Delilah is a hard-working Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Her love for long term healthcare extends to other members of her family including two granddaughters that are also employed by Certus, one as a housekeeper for several years and one who is an STNA aspiring to be a nurse. The fact that Delilah is respected and appreciated by her fellow team members is evident in that she won the employee of the year spotlight by a landslide receiving far more nominations than any other potential candidate.
