Adams Lane Healthcare and Rehabilitation Director of Community Engagement Heather, Social Service Director Tiffany and Environmental Service Director Handon had a blast hosting bingo at The Carr Center, Inc. (Adult Day Center) today, lots of laughs, smiles, and friendly competition! 💛

We’re proud to recognize Desire Fletcher, LPN, as our January Employee Spotlight at Adams Lane Healthcare. Desire has been a licensed nurse since 2015 and joined the Adams Lane team in June 2022. In January 2023, she stepped into her current role as Unit Manager, an accomplishment that reflects her dedication and leadership.

Desire’s commitment to our residents and her support of the entire team truly embodies the Certus Pillars of Care. We’re grateful for the compassion, hard work, and heart she brings to our community every day.

What a magical Christmas celebration! 🎄✨ Santa and his helpers stopped by to spread cheer, pass out presents, and make plenty of smiles. Even the Grinch couldn’t resist joining in on the fun! Moments like these make the season extra special for our residents and staff. ❤️🎁

The halls are officially in the holiday spirit 🎄✨

We loved seeing the creativity and teamwork that went into decorating this year. Congratulations to Charlie Brown Christmas for taking 1st place, followed by Gingerbread Lane in 2nd and Polar Express in 3rd!

From the little details to the big ideas, it was so fun walking the halls and seeing everyone’s hard work come together. Thank you to our team for bringing the holiday cheer and making our space feel warm, welcoming, and full of heart.

Our team spent the day volunteering at Christ's Table, helping serve warm meals on a snowy winter day. We’re so grateful for the chance to partner with such a wonderful local organization and to give back to the neighbors we care about.

Katelynn has been selected as our Employee Spotlight for December 2025! She is the Dietary Manager at Adams Lane and has been part of our team for over two years. With several years of experience in food service and management, Katelynn originally joined us as our full-time receptionist and administrative assistant.

Katelynn has a true passion for cooking and an incredible talent for creating sweets and desserts. We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and the care she brings to our residents each day.

Jeanine has been a long-term resident at Adams Lane for many years and has decided she wants to move into Assisted Living.

Our Amazing Therapy Team started working with Jeanine on Home Making Skilled to get her ready to be more independent and ready for her big move. Today was the day she graduated from therapy and is moving into her new apartment in the AL.

Good Luck Jeanine you will be missed by all your friends at Adams Lane.
