Jeanine has been a long-term resident at Adams Lane for many years and has decided she wants to move into Assisted Living.

Our Amazing Therapy Team started working with Jeanine on Home Making Skilled to get her ready to be more independent and ready for her big move. Today was the day she graduated from therapy and is moving into her new apartment in the AL.

Good Luck Jeanine you will be missed by all your friends at Adams Lane.

Happy Hour at Adams Lane!

Our residents and staff enjoyed a cozy afternoon together with apple pie à la mode and live entertainment from the wonderful Cathy Goss. 🍏✨

It was the perfect treat to unwind, share some laughs, and wrap up a long week in the best way, with good company and something sweet.

What a wonderful day at Adams Lane Healthcare and Rehabilitation! Our team had an amazing time sponsoring a lunch for one of our local school bands, cheering them on, sharing laughs, and enjoying a delicious meal together.

On the menu: mini subs, chips, cookies, and water, the perfect fuel for a day full of smiles and music!

Today, Adams Lane, a VA service-connected Skilled Nursing Facility, held a Veterans Day ceremony to honor the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

We are deeply privileged to provide care for those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our nation this ceremony was a moment of reflection and gratitude for their service sacrifice, and enduring commitment to our country.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all Veterans- past and present-for their unwavering dedication to freedom and Duty.

Special thanks to Crystal Snipes from Cornerstone Caregiving LLC
for sponsoring our event with framed certificates, pins, and cupcakes. Also thank you to The American Legion Post 29 for coming and helping us honor our Veterans. It was an honor to have all of you.

Adams Lane Healthcare hosted a hiring event at our Adams Lane Training Center on 10/30/25 to welcome potential applicants and provide information on open positions at all of our locations in Muskingum County. Dakota Hillard (Regional Culinary Director) and Destinay Barnett (Adams Lane Clinical Scheduler) stopped by to show their support for the event.

What better way to Celebrate American Beer Day then to buy a round of beers for our American Heros. Director of Community Engagement Heather Hamilton stopped down at the American Legion post 29 to bring down so Certus Koozies and to talk to some of the Local Veterans and other members of the Legion.

Adams Lane and Willow Haven both except short term Veterans benefits. Adams Lane is the only nursing home in Muskingum County with a long-term care contract with the VA.

Adams Lane Healthcare and Rehabilitation hosted a "County Roads" Homecoming dance for Staff, Residents, and families.

This was an afternoon full of laughter, dancing and creating memories with our loved ones. Congratulations to our King (Terry L. and our Queen Betty F) and runners up was Jane and Samual)

Our Activity Staff did an amazing job with the decorations and thanks to our dietary team for making the delicious cupcakes. And finally, thanks to our staff at Adams Lane for helping to make this event successful.

The staff in Residents at Adams Lane enjoyed a spooky day full of Halloween festivities. The morning started off with a parade throughout the Halls to show off their best costumes.

Later in the day was the Halloween and costume contest party where staff and Residents danced the evening away. The staff costume theme this year was Monster Inc. (So much fun)

Adams Lane would like to congratulate Vernetta "Renea" Ross for being selected for the November Employee Spotlight. Renea is a full-time morning Dietary Cook who has been part of our team for a little over 34 years. She has prepared approximately 28,290 meals for our residents over the years. Renea is here long before the sun rises to prepare our residents breakfast and then also assists with lunch as well.

Thank you, Renea, for being a part of our team and for all you do for our residents!

As part of Halloween spirit week, Adams Lane Healthcare enjoyed celebrating National Candy Corn Day by having a Guess How Many Candy Corns competition.

Nick Embrey (Physical Therapy) not pictured was the first-place winner guessing 164. Runners up were Marcus Hawkins (Administrator) with 150 and Destiny Barnett (Clinical Scheduler) with 144. All three received "corny" prizes for their great guesses without going over the actual amount of 168 in the jar.
