We wear purple in support of our military children.

We honor their strength, resilience, and the sacrifices they make every day. From frequent moves to long deployments, these young heroes serve too, and today we stand with them. 💜

Staff came together to enjoy pretzels and cheese dip and let’s just say there was nothing left.

Fun fact: pretzels date back to the early 600s and were originally shaped to resemble crossed arms during prayer. Who knew our favorite snack had such a cool history?

Getting into the Easter spirit with a fun (and slightly messy) tradition—coloring eggs using food dye and Cool Whip! Watching the colors swirl together never gets old.
It really makes it feel like spring is here—fresh starts, bright colors, and time spent making memories.

We also recently hosted Easter raffles to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, featuring a beautiful glass basket, a festive Easter egg filled with adult beverages, and a collection of Easter décor. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us raise money for such a great cause! 💛

Here at Willow, we love Peanut Butter & Jelly Day! 🍇🥜

Our staff enjoyed a fun mid-afternoon snack featuring classic peanut butter and jelly sandwiches paired with chips. Of course, we couldn’t resist breaking out our Peanut butter and Jelly costumes and singing along to our favorite tune: “It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time!”

A simple treat, lots of laughs, and great memories together!

Wendy, a dietary aide at Willow, is a true gem. She consistently goes above and beyond to serve our residents with genuine care and compassion.

She brings so much joy to our community, whether it’s beautifully decorating the dining room for holidays, planning engaging activities, or recently creating a special date night experience for resident couples.

Wendy supports every department with positivity and a heart for service. She truly embodies all of the Certus pillars, and we are incredibly grateful to have her on our team!

What a great time hunting for eggs!

Willow had so much fun joining the community for an egg hunt filled with smiles, laughter, and special moments with the Easter Bunny. From fun photo opportunities to exciting prizes and a tasty lunch, it was a day to remember!

Our residents truly enjoyed seeing the joy on the children’s faces and spending time together as a community.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a wonderful event!

We want to take a moment to recognize someone truly special to all of us at Willow Haven.

Sam, our social worker, has been absolutely amazing, providing outstanding support and compassionate care to our residents and their families. She consistently goes above and beyond, offering not just great service, but genuine kindness and dedication in everything she does. She has truly been our “go-to” person for just about everything.

While her departure will leave a big hole in our hearts, we couldn’t be prouder of her and all she has accomplished. We know she will continue to do incredible things in her next chapter.

You will be deeply missed, and we wish you nothing but the very best in your journey ahead.

We’re so proud to celebrate Harmony! She was hired as a CNA and has now successfully passed her state exam, officially becoming an STNA!

Here’s Harmony’s advice: “You’ll learn many different skills in this job, but don’t just memorize them, take the time to truly understand why each one matters. Working with residents can be challenging at times but try to see things from their perspective. If they were your family members, how would you want them to be treated?”

Congratulations, Harmony, we’re so proud of you! 💛

Teams from Adams Lane and Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation came together to volunteer at Christ's Table.

It’s always meaningful to step outside our buildings and show up for others in a hands-on way. We’re proud of both teams for giving their time to support an organization that does so much for the community, and we’re grateful to have been part of it.

Thank you to everyone who represented Adams Lane and Willow Haven so well.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you and congratulations to our amazing therapy students, Erica and Allie from Zane State College! Over the past 7 weeks, they have completed their clinical rotations here in our skilled nursing facility, gaining valuable hands-on experience as they prepare for their national board exams.

Erica, from the Occupational Therapist Assistant program, and Allie, from the Physical Therapy program, have both shown incredible dedication, compassion, and professionalism throughout their time with us. Their positive attitudes and willingness to learn made a meaningful impact not only on our team, but especially on our residents.

Our residents truly looked forward to their sessions and enjoyed building relationships with them—your kindness and care did not go unnoticed. You both brought so much energy and encouragement each day, and you will truly be missed!

As you both prepare to graduate this May, we are so proud of all that you have accomplished. We wish you the very best of luck on your national board exams and in your future careers. We have no doubt you will go on to make a lasting difference in the lives of so many!

Thank you again for choosing to complete your clinical experience with us—we are grateful to have been part of your journey.

Our residents enjoyed a fun and creative Easter activity by transforming simple powdered donuts in a bag into adorable bunny-themed treats.

With a little imagination, some silly googly eyes, and lots of laughter, these sweet creations came to life. Moments like these bring so much joy, encourage creativity, and create lasting memories for everyone involved.

We love seeing the smiles and holiday spirit shared throughout our community. 🐰
