Good Afternoon Wine Runners,
Race Route and Packet Pick Up

We are getting close to our Wine Run race day and our excited to announce we will have 5 states represented at this year race Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, and New York! Can't wait to meet all of our wine runners this year! Here are more details regarding packet pick up, start times and race route.

Packet Pick Up Details:
May 16th - Friday Packet Pick up
Vaux Shoes 5635 Summitview Ave, Yakima, WA 98908
4:00pm - 6:00pm

May 17th - Saturday Morning Packet Pick Up for out-of-town runners will be at your Start line 45 minutes prior to the start.

Race Day Start Time & Location May 17th:
10k - 10am at Two Mountain Winery
5k - 10:30am at Two Mountain Winery

Route Details:
Starting and Finishing: Two Mountain Winery
• Head north on Cheyne Road
• Turn right (east) onto Gilbert Road
• Turn right (south) onto Roza Drive
• Turn right (west) onto Highland Drive
• Turn right (north) back onto Cheyne Road and finish at Two Mountain Winery
This route forms a 3 mile rectangular loop and provides a safe, smooth, and beautiful course through local wine country. 10K runners will run this course 2 times.

There will be no shuttle service this year, so plan ahead for parking at Two Mountain Winery. The new route is designed to give you a beautiful finish among the vineyards, followed by a post-race after party celebration you won't want to miss at Two Mountain Winery with Live Dj, food vendors, post race massages and More Wine.

🎉 New Race Route Announcement

We’re excited to share the updated route for this year’s race! Our new course will start and finish at Two Mountain Winery and take you on a scenic loop through the beautiful countryside.

Route Details:
• Starting Point: Two Mountain Winery
• Head north on Cheyne Road
• Turn right (east) onto Gilbert Road
• Turn right (south) onto Roza Drive
• Turn right (west) onto Highland Drive
• Turn right (north) back onto Cheyne Road and finish at Two Mountain Winery

Dear Race Family,

Race Update New Route Details for This Year’s 5K & 10K
I hope you're doing well! Thank you so much for your continued support and participation in this race it truly means the world to me and our entire team. I wanted to share some important updates about this year’s event. Due to rising overhead costs—including tariffs, general price increases, and road safety logistics we’ve had to make some necessary changes to our route for both the 5K and 10K races.

Here’s what’s new this year:
🏁 Both the 5K and 10K will now start and finish at Two Mountain Winery.

🚗 Please plan to arrive early for parking, as we will not be offering shuttle service this year.

🎉 Start locations:
5K Start: Two Mountain Winery at 10am
10K Start: Two Mountain Winery at 9:30am

These changes help us manage costs more efficiently while continuing to provide a safe and enjoyable race day for everyone involved. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make sure this event can keep going strong year after year, and I truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make adjustments to keep the tradition alive.

Rattlesnake Hills Wine Run

Run the beautiful rattlesnake hills while tasting wine along the course. You will have an option of running a 5k, 10k, 15k or a half marathon.

Course Information: There will be water stops and porta-potties along the course. There will be restrooms at some of the participating wineries. First aid will be present along the course. The wineries you can taste at are Cultura, Paradiso, Bonair, Portteus, Two Mountain, Silver Lake and Hyatt.

Participating Wineries: All wineries involved along the course are offering a modified tasting of one of their wines for free. Silver Lake Winery will be offering tasting samples at $1/sample. Please make sure that you have your ID on you during the run as each winery will be responsible for checking it prior to tastings. Also any cash on hand to taste a flight. Wineries on the course Silver Lake, Portteus, Paradiso, Hyatt, Cultura and Bonair.

After Party: What to expect at the after party is a whole lot of fun and celebration time. Food vendor Squeeze Inn. Shopping Vendors will be available and post race massages. Please have cash on hand for the after party and your ID, and of course more wine at Silver Lake Winery.
