Please join the Chicago Parrothead Club for the 2024 "Chi-ILL at the Beach" TropRock Music extravaganza and Charity Fundraiser taking place at the Illinois State Beach Resort and Conference Center, Friday August 2nd, thru Sunday August 4th. Proceeds will go to benefit "K9s For Veterans" - a 501(c)(3)Organization. Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Michigan, this intimate event at Illinois Beach

State Park promises a unique experience. Featuring a stellar lineup of performers, daily games, beach activities, and the opportunity to unwind in the daytime sun and embrace the magic of nightly bonfires surrounded by live music. Exciting news, your registration comes with a great perk. The $175 registration cost includes not just the event, but also dinner Friday and Saturday night, a $90 value! Please note that tickets cannot be purchased without dinner. A direct phone line for room reservations will be contained in the registration confirmation email. Don't miss this 2-day Trop Rock music event experience, where old phriends are reunited and new lasting phriendships are forged on the Beaches of Lake Michigan. Ticket Includes:

Daily access to event venue and performances (venue closed for this private event)

Dinner on both Friday and Saturday evening ($90 value)
Discounted drink specials(beer and mixed drinks)

Additional Event Concessions:
Saturday afternoon $10 BBQ lunch package availalbe: Hamburger, Hot Dog/Brats or Grilled Chicken with chips, soft drink and accouterments. Saturday games and entertainment on the beach
Serenaded nightly bonfires on the beach

Sheridan Road / Illinois Route 137 is CLOSED just South of the entrance to the hotel and campground.
CHI.ILL hotel guests and Campers will need to enter from the West on Wadsworth Road, or from the North on Sheridan Road / IL Route 137.

Our Story

The Chicago Parrot Head Club's 3nd Annual Summer Chi.Ill music fest and Fundraising Event - benefiting Cornerstone Services, Inc. for special needs clients and their families.

Since 1969, Cornerstone Services has been an advocate for people with disabilities in Joliet and greater Will County area. The agency is a recognized leader in providing the support necessary for individuals with disabilities to live and work in the community. In recent years, Cornerstone has expanded services to Kankakee County, as well. Cornerstone is guided by the belief that people with disabilities are entitled to live in their own communities and make choices for themselves, like everybody else. To this end, Cornerstone employees provide specialized services that empower individuals with as much independence as possible. Some individuals may need a lot of help, while others may need just a little. The agency’s dedicated staff helps people find and keep jobs, maintain stable housing, and learn to access public transportation and community resources. Group and individual counseling and therapy for mental health needs are also provided by Cornerstone professionals. The organization is guided by an all-volunteer board of directors and has fostered partnerships with other local service providers.
