Let’s talk about cracked heels.

This is not just ‘dry skin’, this is a buildup of thickened, hardened skin that has been left untreated over time.

8 out of 10 persons do not moisturize the soles of their feet, but you should.

Imagine your feet as a car engine. Now imagine this engine with no lubrication, you will hear the metal grinning as the engine goes in motion and turns over.

Your feet are like that engine, no hydration equals callus buildup, thicken soles, cracks, and eventually foot conditions and issues that could have been avoided.

Here are three basic reasons why you need to hydrate your soles (bottom foot):
