Grand Rising to one and all!! Please help me give a round of applause to these youths from Jost Van D**e that competed yesterday in the Archery Abednigo Cup competition! I’m proud to announce that they were able to bring home 5 medals! 3 second place medals! And 2 third place medals! Let’s give them a well deserved round of applause!

Book a tai chi/ boxing/energy workout session!! $100 for 1 person: includes long sleeve rash guard, neck gaiter, wrist band, water! $150 for two persons: includes t-shirt, neck gaiter, wrist band and water for each person!! $60 per person for 3 ppl or more: includes t-shirt, neck gaiter, wrist band and water for each person!!
