🙌 5 Reasons why you are not losing the baby weight:

1. You aren’t in a calorie deficit. You can eat healthy and still be taking in too many calories. Despite all rumours out there: a calorie deficit is required for weight loss there is no other way

2. You are letting to lose over the weekend forgetting that Friday- Sunday is almost half of your week 😉

3. When you are over restricting and undereating it can fire Nagi to us with a slow metabolism or binge eating

4. The scale will go down if you are in a deficit and being consistent. May reasons like hormones, sodium, constipation, party bloat,lack of sleep etc can make the number on the scale look higher.

5. To do this you neeed a plan that works. Down ting that is longterm sustainable. So enticing that supports your postpartum body.

🥳One of you mamas currently in my Momformation program texted me this morning on her first official weigh in day saying:

“Sooo I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm down to ###”.”
She’s been working out consistently but not seeing any changes until she started the program and stepped on the scale for her first official weigh in today 🙌

🏋️‍♂️Working out has so many benefits but to see permanent weight-loss results you need to figure out what’s holding you back when it comes to your current nutritional habits.

We do not have to fully restrict (at all) but we have to be consistent to get results.
Our food choices matter.✅
Calories in/out matter.✅

If you are currently not seeing any results I strongly urge you to look more closely into your current diet.

If you are breastfeeding like this mama (whose milk supply is unchanged by the way) you have to take a gentle approach. Especially the first week.

Moms in your 30’s looking to lose 30lbs plus:

I can help you lose postpartum weight in a long term sustainable way without any fad diet, meal plans or having to follow a workout plan so you feel confident & stunning again.

After our first child was born via C-Section I was really frustrated. Everyone around me seemed to bounce back without any effort and I felt uncomfortable in my own body not knowing what to do. After I had lost the initial birth weight it seemed like I was gaining weight and not losing. Despite breastfeeding. I was confused and felt overwhelmed.

This motivated me to study to become a Certified Coach. Only 9 months later I had a lean body I never had before! 🔥

Today I’ve helped many moms lose hundreds of pounds. 🙌

👉This is what I and my clients did to lose postpartum weight:
A correct calorie deficit : Following a calorie deficit that leaves us with enough calories to protect our milk supply while breastfeeding
Increased Movement: Increasing and celebrating movement in any form whether walking, dancing, or just being active with kids helps in getting rid of extra weight.

Increase of Protein & Fiber: My clients noticed quickly that increasing their protein & fiber intake helped them feel less hungry or fatigued. 🤩 ✅

Confidence…

🆘Growing up I never had it. I felt that:
I wasn’t pretty enough.
I wasn’t skinny enough.
I wasn’t smart enough.
I wasn’t good enough.

I wasn’t good at sports.
I wasn’t funny.
I wasn’t the most talkative.

🥲I went through my 20’s & early 30’s still feeling that way.

I worked in hospitality and managed teams. I smoked. I didn’t work out. Ate crap. Partied way too hard. 🚬

🥳Now nothing against having some fun but here is the problem:
You only get out of your body what you put in.🔥

🇻🇮Shortly after moving to the US Virgin Islands in 2013 life opened a new door for me. A door that was leading me to love, eventually marriage and growing a family.

I left hospitality, worked as Development Director for a local non profit and started recognising that when you start giving your body what it needs you will get it back.🍊

I started going to the gym.
I started familiarising myself with nutrition. 🏋️‍♀️

Guess what: My confidence grew.🚨

I got pregnant. I started helping others to be fitter.
After experiencing a C-Section it was hard getting the baby weight off. But I kept fighting. I taught others how to fight.

😄I’m 39 years old. A mom of two. And have never felt more confident in my body.

👉I’m writing this because I want you to understand that YOU are in charge of your own body.

🤱Becoming a mom is the most beautiful thing but let's not ignore the fact that postpartum journeys can be tough. If in addition we struggle with extra weight (gain) we often don't feel like ourselves anymore.

🌸I specialize in helping moms lose weight, regain confidence and feel sexy again. Not because I believe we need to be skinny. Because I believe that a confident and happy woman can be a better mom and partner.

🌼Many times I speak with amazing mamas that no longer like to be in pictures, that don't like to look in the mirror, that have no energy to keep up with day to day life or miss wearing their pre-pregnancy clothing.

A lot of ladies are worried that it will make us look bulky… I wish getting bulky was that easy 🤣

Regular strength training during weightloss will help you maintain and build lean body mass. It will also help you burn more calories.

If you can strength train at least 3 times a week and add some walking on top of a calorie deficit your postpartum pounds will fall off and you will look🔥before you know it.

✨I help moms lose postpartum weight not because I believe in being skinny. What I believe in is feeling confident & happy...

😪I talk to moms all the time who no longer socialize, who don't like to go to the pool or beach because they don't like to wear a swimsuit. Moms who no longer enjoy personal times with their partners, moms who miss out on the good things in life because they lack of self-confidence. Moms who don't want to be pictured with their family.

😪On top of that there are often additional costs they are facing due to pain from being overweight, diet supplements they may have tried, and larger clothing they had to purchase. Plus a lot of emotions and sadness.

😪Being overweight can lead to health issues and overall unhappiness. It's not about "the looks". There is so much more to it.

😪Postpartum journeys on top of hormones and tiredness can be rough. Wanting to start a weight-loss journey on your own can feel overwhelming.

As a working mother of an almost two year old I know how hard (and tiring) it can be to focus on good nutrition. Do you find yourself thinking about food and meal preparation a lot? Or perhaps you tend to snack on the faster options because there are just not enough hours in the day. Do you find yourself being tired? Are you confused by the media on what you should or shouldn't eat? I have been there and decided to take the step to not only help myself and my family but to also help you. I want to help you. If you are looking for a change in your habits, education on better nutrition or need help with weight loss please know that I’m here to help you. While I can’t lose that weight for you, I know that I can help you with the nutritional knowledge you require to care better for yourself and your family. Sometimes the little things can make a big difference. I’m not a fan of telling you what to do. Instead I will provide you with the guidance, knowledge and emotional support you require to change your own habits and routine while setting your own goals. Living healthier is a life change, not a crash diet.... I don’t want you to be hungry, instead I will help you to make better food choices to fuel your body the right way.
