Our family friendly location is also a great place to host your child's birthday parties or join one of our baby, toddler or pre-k play groups. In addition to our educational resources, classes and breastfeeding lounge, we also offer quality breastfeeding supplies, hospital and home consultations, phone support and other great tools for getting started with your growing family! The Latch Patch is conveniently located on Raphune Hill with ample parking in a comfortable and relaxing environment!

Breastfed babies do not need water - keep in mind that breastmilk is 88% water. Even in the first few days after birth, before mom's milk has "come in", colostrum is all that is needed to keep baby...

Since we can't see the ounces that are transferred to baby during a feeding, moms might question if baby truly is getting enough. A good way to know if a breastfed baby is eating enough is by checking his or her diaper!

Sometimes your baby isn't crying because they are hungry......they just want YOU. Note the sizes of these newborn bellies.......there is NO need to be able to pump 4oz so soon. Just enjoy being close and take peace in your freshly manufactured milkies nurishing your babe!!! Remember in order to MAKE milk, BABY has to TAKE milk.
