BadassBrain Fact #1
Our five senses produce around eleven million bits of information/second. If you are interested in how much is going in your subconscious brain and would like to learn more about this powerful tool we all possess, follow and invite your friends.
Of the 11 million bits of environmental signals sent to the brain, only forty bits/second are processed in the conscious brain. Robust science and fMRI imaging are giving us new information to work with. It's time to start applying what science has discovered.

When it's time for our walk, we should get as excited as our dog gets for walk time. I found something that helped my dogs' stiff joints so we could keep enjoying our walks together. Did you know that dogs have the SAME endocannabinoid system that we have? AND they have receptors that the cannabinoids reach all over their bodies as well?! YUP!!!

Pull your head out of the sand, and see what is hidden beneath the Isle of Oaks. For over 220 years the original people who made the deposit have proven that the treasure cannot be found by brute strength and bulldozers. My book does not guess at what was hidden beneath Oak Island, or who put it there, it shares the original stories as they were handed down. My hope is that the book calls more people forward that may have a piece of an old story, and that piece may be the clue that helps someone finish the puzzle. I believe to solve this mystery we all must work together using every piece of information we have. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01F0IB5YG

Half a head of cabbage and one large carrot sliced.
Minced T. of ginger and 4T. cilantro
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 3T. Coconut sugar and 3T. chia seeds. You can add avocado oil mayo after all these tastes blend together if you want, but it is full of flavor and the chia seeds hold that delicious taste to the cabbage leaves. Enjoy each wonderful raw and healthy bite.

Enjoy the old-fashioned recipes and tonics handed down from my grandmother who lived on Oak Island. She credited her healing ability to the recipes she learned from the original inhabitants of Nova Scotia.
There are many historical associations about Oak Island that have not been addressed to date, and I hope this book brings a new perspective to the mystery.

If you have been bitten by the 'Oak Island Bug' you may find symptom relief in reading about the mysterious beginning. The cure will not be found until the people who left the original clues and deposit on Oak Island have been revealed. We hope you enjoy reading the family stories as much as we enjo...
