Let me introduce myself ☺️

I am a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher who met the standards of Yoga Alliance.

During 5 years teaching practice I met students of all levels and abilities 🙏🏻
So I know how to make Yoga accessible for everyone.
My goal is to help you get to know your own body, through movements and breath. And to make this process joyful and yet challenging.
