Now you only have a passport, a valid temporary residence registration and a temporary residence card with a validity of 1-3 years. We still support you to convert to a Vietnamese driver's license without having to appear at the Hanoi city police station.

ĐỔI BẰNG / GIA HẠN BẰNG LÁI XE VN CHO NGƯỜI VIỆT NAM.

Bên minh có nhận đổi bằng / gia hạn bằng lái xe cho người Việt Nam những trường hợp đặc biệt sau đây :

Theo Thông tư 63/2023/TT-BTC, mức lệ phí làm hộ chiếu online sẽ có sự điều chỉnh như sau:
🔸 Kết thúc thời gian giảm lệ phí:
Chính sách giảm 10% lệ phí khi làm hộ chiếu online chỉ áp dụng trong giai đoạn từ 01/01/2025 đến hết 31/12/2025. Sau thời điểm này, ưu đãi giảm phí sẽ không còn hiệu lực.
🔸 Áp dụng mức thu mới từ 01/01/2026:
Bắt đầu từ ngày 01/01/2026, lệ phí làm hộ chiếu online sẽ được thu theo mức quy định ban đầu, không còn áp dụng mức giảm 10%.

WE SPECIALIZE IN RECEIVING THE SERVICE OF CHANGING DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR FOREIGNERS FROM FOREIGN LICENSES TO VIETNAMESE LICENSES.

We support customers who are foreigners who can present themselves to take a photo at the city police station or can do it in absent. I need to check the documents to see if they meet the requirements before accepting the job.
1. Required documents:
+ Scan the passport pages into 1 pdf file
+ Scan the foreign driver's license with 2 sides (still valid and in the form of a pet card)
+ Scan the temporary residence card with 2 sides still valid
+ Provide a specific phone number and home address?
+ Prepare 2 4*6 cm photos
+ Scan the valid temporary residence registration, with confirmation stamp and signature from the ward police
+ Health examination certificate to change the license (This item: our company will support customers)
==> Our service supports customers to do everything such as notarizing passports, temporary residence cards, registration cards, translating and notarizing foreign driver's licenses, supporting with making gksk, preparing declaration forms, paying state fees........
2. How to handle: We have 2 options:

Opt1: If the customer is in Hanoi, the customer can go with me to present at the Hanoi city police station. You will receive an appointment letter right away after taking a photo and signing the file. Then wait 7-8 days after the information on the new Vietnamese driver's license will be updated electronically on the department's website(https://gplx.csgt.bocongan.gov.vn/). The hard copy( hard license) You have to wait after lunar new year to recieve original Because we are lacking blanks for new license in whole vietnam .You have to wait until after the Lunar New Year to receive original vietnam license .

Note: The Vietnam driving license will be matched same time on current TRC what you have.

Opt2: We can support customers to do it absentee. It is convenient for those who live far away and cannot go to Hanoi to present and take photos. But I need to check the documents before doing it. You just need to sit at home and wait for the appointment letter I send you. Then wait 10-12 days after the information of the new Vietnamese driving license is updated electronically on the website of the department(https://gplx.csgt.bocongan.gov.vn/). The hard copy( hard license) You have to wait after lunar new year to recieve original license Because we are lacking blanks for new license in whole vietnam .You have to wait until after the Lunar New Year to receive original vietnam license .

Note: The Vietnam driving license will be matched same time on current TRC what you have.

Currently, the whole country is lacking in blank certificates, so my company only commits to 100% conversion to Vietnamese driving license and electronic driving license, you can check on the department's website.

Còn bằng cứng tiện tại cả nước đang thiếu phôi bằng nếu phải chờ ra tết âm lích mới nhận được .Lưu ý: han blx Vietnam sau khi chuyển đổi sẽ trùng với hạn thơi gian trên thẻ tạm trú nhé.
Opt2: Bên minh có thể hỗ trợ khách hàng làm vắng mặt được . Nó thuận lợi cho nhưng ai ở xa không ra được HN để trình diện và chụp ảnh . Nhưng hồ sơ minh cần check trước khi làm .Ban chỉ cần ngồi ở nhà và chờ giấy hen minh gưi bạn, Sau đó chờ 10-12 ngày sau thông tin bằng lai xe VN mởi bản điện tử cập điện tư trên website của sở. Còn bằng cứng tiện tại cả nước đang thiếu phôi bằng nếu phải chờ ra tết âm lích mới nhận được .Lưu ý: han blx Vietnam sau khi chuyển đổi sẽ trùng với hạn thơi gian trên thẻ tạm trú nhé.

Vietnam Health Check for Foreigners to apply WP – Where and How to Get
To be able to obtain a work permit in Vietnam, foreign workers are required to provide a health check (also known as health certificate or work permit health check). Many expats struggle with the process to get a health check for work permit in Vietnam due to not knowing clearly what they are getting themselves into. In order to have a seamless, effortless experience, please keep on reading to find out all you need to know about health certificates
In addition to the sake of knowing your health conditions, you are obliged to submit a valid health certificate to apply for a work permit. This is the only way for you to work permanently in Vietnam and have TRC 2 years, Medical certificate to apply to the company you want to work for..
