Sáng nay chinh phục Hồ Tây, giải chạy mở khá hay, 15km 1 vòng hồ hay 30km 2 vòng hồ.
Lấy cái medal cuối cùng của năm 2019 với nhiều thử thách về nhiệt độ, không khí, bụi mịn và siêu mịn...
Tổ chức khá tốt của team , nếu ai đi Hà Nội vào cuối tuần thì có thể thử, hoạt động thường xuyên vào mỗi sáng chủ nhật lúc 5:30Am.
