Hey hey!! we are โ€œhow are you today?โ€ who will share with you some information, some story to help all of us understand more about depressed people and help them overcome their episode.
And right now, we want to share with all of you topic : recovery and the desire to live.
Depression is not a visible disease through apparent symptoms like other diseases. This is a silent and stealthy disease that makes you suffer at any time without knowing the reasons. Your thoughts convince you that you are lonely and unworthy of love
Those thoughts continuously appear and can not be stopped by yourself.
However, in positive aspects, some people who overcame their mental problems have given us some encouraging messages.
1๏ธโƒฃ โ€œOvercoming depression does not determine that you are strong, but that is a tool to help you deal with your episodesโ€
Being brave โ€ฆ or something like is very common.
Patients who had mental treatments know that overcoming depression is not about becoming a superhero or becoming a strong man, but about knowing to apply strategies which they were taught. It means that they knew they should select which thoughts they needed to have when they felt hopeless. This is a way to learn how to see themselves through other sights and understand their cases to give the right reactions. Depression is the unstoppable battle against a version of themselves that they need to recalibrate through learning and a healthier and more compassionate introspection.
2๏ธโƒฃโ€œ I am not lonely and my mind is trying to cheat me โ€œ
Toxic thoughts are significantly dangerous for depressed patients. They always think that they can not connect with others and do not deserve to be loved. And common reaction is self-isolation.During the process of healing and coping with depression, patients become aware of negative thoughts that are hidden in a metaphorical 'invisible dark room'. Gradually, they can begin to see love from the people around them. That is one of the most important to defeat depression symptoms.
3๏ธโƒฃ โ€œemotions is not my enemies, I can understand themโ€
Depressed patients often have difficulty to control their negative emotions that affect seriously to people around them. Therefore, patients who passed their episode have the new approach to the world of emotions. They learn to adjust reasonably their emotions to appropriate to each circumstances.
4๏ธโƒฃ โ€œ I need to have a reason to live everydayโ€
Depression derives from losing direction in life. It means that depressed patients do not have any target or a small purpose to exist. They gradually lose feelings of setting a goal to complete, and thus joy, interest and motivation completely disappear in their lives.
People who overcame their episodes are striving to set a goal every day. They, furthermore, have a dream and determination to realize their dream.
5๏ธโƒฃ โ€œtiny things in my life saved me from the dead of depressionโ€
As they lose the joy and interest mentioned above, they are struck with a quagmire of depression. Some tiny activities like walking, reading a book a life-saving branches to pull them out of that quagmire. Their smile will come back soon.
6๏ธโƒฃโ€œ I never compare my depression with othersโ€
Every patient has different depression symptoms and levels of disease, and thus they will get distinguished treatments based on science fundamentals and levels of each patient. So, do not worry about why they can overcome that treatment, but you can not
7๏ธโƒฃ โ€œ my episode occur periodically again, but it does not mean that I failedโ€
Depression is not a simple disease, which can not be treated once time. Therefore process of treatment often lasts till patient have the motivation to overcome their problems by themselves.

8๏ธโƒฃโ€ I can perform the changes which I thought I were not ready to doโ€
9๏ธโƒฃAll mental treatments promote patients to the changes in new versions in which they can seek happiness. This means that if they want to overcome depression, they will leave many things behind their back. โ€œyou can not try by yourself at firstโ€
In fact, there are no patients who can see the exit gate of the room of negative thoughts, if no experts take their hands. The advice of experts is for light to shine in those dark rooms, and thus they can find exit gates more easily.
