Some moments can’t be planned.
They arrive as gifts.
During our Affirmation Artshop, while we were in the Affirmation Bath, one participant shared how deeply the song “I AM” has lived with her. As we spoke about the lyrics and their connection to our work, she began to hum.
I asked if she’d sing.
She did.
We held hands. We swayed. We let the music soak us in calm and love.
It wasn’t in my notes or on my slides — but it became the most soulful ending I could have imagined. We began the workshop with I AM as participants introduced themselves… and we ended with the same melody, held together.
A quiet reminder that the most meaningful parts of the journey are often the unplanned ones.
Moments like these are why I do this work — not just for the curriculum, but for the community and the energy we create together. 🤍
