About myself Founder of Project2body - Personal Training / Nutrition Coaching and My Body Health Club

I am a very active person and I’m passionate about sport and health in general. Its has been always like that for me. Im a 100 percent sport enthusiasts. I started an active life seriously quite early as a kid. My background is a athlete career and I fully understand how challenging it might be to fit exercising into a busy schedule. I started while my athlete time to study sport scientist in a University. Because I wanted share my passion and knowledge because I strongly believe that it’s never too late to get started and do changes.

I have many years of experience in the field and can work with different people pursuing different goals, though I specialize in fat loss and lean muscle building. I work very closely with clients, not just with training but also with lifestyle and health, because that's where you can really make changes in your life.

In addition to my trainings concept, I will be able to help with tips on nutrition which will help you to achieve your goals more easily. Most important get started and keep going. As important is constantly and enjoying the journey its called life.

Why I should do Personal Training?

One of the primary reasons is that we are trained in teaching others how to exercise. And while exercise in itself is only a part of fitness, with nutrition and lifestyle playing an essential role in the overall picture if you don’t get exercise right then you will never achieve your goals.

The importance of education when exercising is important for two primary reasons:

1) If you don’t know which exercises are most effective for the goals you have, you are unlikely to achieve those goals. For example, if your goal is to build core strength but you spend all your time on cardio exercises, then you are unlikely to hit your goal.

2) Education when performing exercises is essential in reducing the risk of injury. Many people every year are seriously injured by performing exercises they have not received training for, and this can impact their health and fitness for a long time. Having someone trained in how to execute certain tasks will greatly reduce the level of risk and increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine.

Today I will show you some of my workouts which I practice with my clients. Im a fan of Total Body Workouts. I like to create some Tabata Workouts as I make really good results with this kind of training program. My Program helps people to get back to exercises or loosing weight and building muscles.

The following workout you can practice as a circle with 6 stations ( 6 exercises) or you perform each exercise for 4min ( 20/30sec "on" & 20/30 sec "off"). All you need its a Dumbbell but you can also do it without or just use a bottle of water ( 1.5L).

One example for a Total Body Workout (6 Exercises)

Today I want to introduce a simple but effective exercise especially for woman's. Nobody really like pushups, but this exercise is as simple as successful. It works for chest, shoulder and back of upper arms.

How to do it
1) Begin in a modified push-up position, hands resting on top of a medicine ball, keeping your body in a straight line between your shoulders and knees.

2) Bend your arms and lower your chest towards the ball, then straighten your arms.

Beginner: 2 x 8-10 reps

Intermediate: 2 x 10-12 reps

Advanced: 2 x 12-15 reps

Safety tip
Don’t allow your back to sag or arch as you lower.

Today times exercises (easy level) for a shapely abs. You don't need stuff, so you dont have any excuses. The number of repetitions should be based on the performance level. The 5 exercises I would do 20 repetitions each and in overall 5 sets.
So have fun, and remember: no pain, no gain!

This exercise strengthens the chest muscles. In most cases, it is carried out with both arms. Tried it once but one-sided. Important for this exercise is to maintain balance without using a counterweight. Have fun while exercising.

Today I'm going to start to show some exercises from my own training. As a first exercise I want to present a belly / back exercise which is an extension to the usual jackknife exercise on Swiss Ball. It strengthens the entire core and shapes the ab.

It Looks more difficult than it is. So have fun with this exercise.

what a happy day because my challenge finished this morning. The last 21 days I gave up these things:

- No candy
- No cake
- No chips
- No white bread
- No fast food
- No chocolate
- No ice cream

Im honest to gave up all this time was no possible for me but I took these things consciously to me. You should think about is how dependent on sugar. I will also be more sensitive to it in the future and try to limit the consumption of sugar.
