✒️ One month ago, I started this channel with a simple but uncomfortable question: are “528Hz” or “432Hz” videos on YouTube actually pure frequencies… or just beautifully labeled background music?
🎧 Instead of trusting titles, I opened Audacity and rebuilt everything from scratch. I generate a true sine wave, enter the exact frequency (for example 528Hz), carefully control amplitude (no clipping), avoid distortion or artificial harmonics, and then verify everything using Plot Spectrum. If it’s truly pure, there should be one sharp peak at the exact frequency, no strange side peaks, and a clean low noise floor. The spectrum screenshots I’m sharing are from the actual files on this channel 📊
🎈But here’s the honest part: I do add soft ambient piano 🎹 Not to “fake” the frequency, but to make it listenable. A completely raw sine wave can feel mechanical and uncomfortable for many people. The sine tone remains technically accurate and untouched; the piano is only atmospheric layering. Healing frequency content is still a niche — it’s not as emotional as cinematic music or as sweet as pure piano, and I accept that.
In this first month, I made mistakes too: I over-amplified and created subtle clipping, applied light EQ that reduced spectral precision, exported with the wrong bit depth and had to re-upload. Some videos were deleted and rebuilt. Spectrum analysis doesn’t lie. 🔍 I also want to thank independent artists who share royalty-free ambient and piano music 🙏 Their generosity allows creators like me to focus on sound quality and grow sustainably without copyright pressure.
Now I genuinely want your perspective: if you care about sound quality and technical honesty, what direction should this channel take next? 💬 Should I keep accurate pure tone + ambient, release a 100% raw pure sine version, or create more educational content about spectrum analysis? If you’ve listened to any of the videos, I’d truly appreciate your honest feedback — what did you feel, and what would you improve? Your input will directly shape month two of this channel. 🎶 I’ll continue sharing more about my frequency music journey, experiments, and lessons learned — and I’d value having thoughtful listeners be part of that process.
