First we eat, then we do everything else
We finally realize our dream and a project that was in the drawer for a long time.
First of all why Panda? Because we love them and that’s also my nickname given by my Vietnamese girlfriend and partner on this project. She inspired me to make this idea come true.
My name it’s Igor Pescarolo i have been a Chef for Restaurants,Hotels and Resort for the last 20 years, but who has really printed on my DNA about food was my grandmother “ Nonna Guglielmina”, since i was a child i loved help her cooking or just staring at her prepare some magical dish. That’s what food is for me....it’s a bit of magic...and that’s what Panda Kitchen want to be.
We want to bring a bit of magic that we put in every sauce or meal we prepare with love and passion to YOU.
