We are pleased to announce that this afternoon we will be holding the soft launch of our new line of oncology and hematology medications.

Our oncology medicines include a full range of chemotherapy treatments for cancer patients. We currently stock medications for all major cancer treatment cycles, and these are now available for purchase at affordable prices. Patients who are continuing their treatment cycles are welcome to come and access the medicines they need.

We are working in partnership with the Ministry of Health to roll out Vanuatu’s first chemotherapy pharmacy. If you are a cancer patient or caregiver, you are invited to visit us to learn about our treatment protocols or to make any inquiries you may have.

In addition, we are collaborating with the Ministry to establish a chemotherapy unit here in Port Vila. Beginning in January, we will also have visiting oncology doctors and pharmacists to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

Soon, you will also be able to purchase our products over the counter at selected pharmacies—we will provide the list of participating pharmacies shortly.

VFMAS Supports Vanuatu Theatre Operations for 50th Anniversary Celebration

The Vanuatu Family Medical Assistance Society (VFMAS) has proudly extended its support through a sponsorship towards the Vanuatu Theatre’s operations as part of its 50th Anniversary celebrations.

As part of the program, the theatre will tomorrow not only showcase its ongoing work but also create opportunities for students to learn about pathways to further their studies and careers in the field of operations at Fiji National University (FNU) and Pacific Adventist University (PAU).

Speaking on the occasion, representatives of VFMAS reaffirmed the organization’s ongoing commitment to supporting and strengthening Vanuatu’s health services. “We are happy to continue helping our health sector and to carry forward this partnership,” the Society stated.

This sponsorship reflects VFMAS’s broader mission of empowering local institutions, promoting medical education, and building stronger foundations for health services in Vanuatu.
