In my group coaching program, "Sacred Rising": The Holistic PCOS Reversal Program.

We meet every two weeks on Sunday evenings to answer questions, get support in sisterhood, relax our nervous systems with somatic healing, learn and reaffirm the essential to holistic PCOS reversal, and stay ACCOUNTABLE!

It is normal for our members to see their periods regulate, lose inches and pounds, see brain fog clear up, get clarity on WHAT to do for their individual needs, and take authority and ownership over the bodies and health.

This space is the most POWERFUL program and sisterhood for women who are ready to not just keep PCOS under control, but to get radical and REVERSE it!
