The Cost of Coping Alone for Too Long

Yesterday I wrote about fear of flying — but for many, that fear is just one of many quiet battles they carry.

But here is the thing if you run away from your fears for too long.
Sometimes anxiety doesn’t announce itself with loud panic.
It just quietly settles in —
in the mornings, before important events, during travel, or even on peaceful days.

Everything may seem fine on the outside.
But inside, there’s a subtle tension.

And I get it.
It sounds almost too easy — lie down, close your eyes, listen to my voice… and your brain changes?

It’s normal to doubt.

If you still believe it's not possible, let me tell you a story.

A woman came to me overwhelmed by what seemed like a simple habit — she couldn’t tolerate any mess in her home. Not a coffee cup out of place. Not a cushion moved slightly off-center.

What looked like a desire for order was actually something deeper: a light form of OCD, driven by anxiety and a constant inner tension.
She would clean all day, get frustrated with herself for being “too sensitive,” and still feel exhausted and anxious by the evening.

She wasn’t living — she was managing since her teen age.

In our sessions, I used hypnotherapy to gently go past the logic and speak to the place where this pattern began: her subconscious mind.
Because that’s where anxiety stores its roots — and that’s where change begins.

It's true that Life follows specific cycles, same as nature. As well as we know, it's going to be cold in winter because it's December (12th month), there are months and years of growth and success, and there are times when nothing moves forward in our life phases.

Who am I? What do I really want?

These two questions often echo in our minds, don’t they? It’s like there’s a quiet, persistent voice inside you asking, “What am I meant for? What makes me truly happy?” But instead of clear answers, we often feel stuck, drifting through life without a true sense of direction.

A New Tool in My Practice: Numeral Psychology

Today, I want to share an important step I’ve taken in my practice. I’ve decided to incorporate a new tool – numeral psychology. I know some might view this with skepticism, but let me explain why I made this choice and how it can help.

A while ago, during a period of searching for direction and meaning, I discovered the world of numbers. It was a time when old paths no longer inspired me, and new horizons seemed unclear. Exploring numbers helped me uncover new insights about myself – my strengths, areas for growth, and where I could truly thrive.

What I’ve learned is that numbers can serve as powerful “keys” to understanding ourselves. They make it easier to identify our strengths, hidden fears, or unmet needs. And awareness is often the first step to change!

What is Numeral Psychology?
It’s not magic or mysticism. Numeral psychology is a science of numbers, built on years of analysis, data systematization, and observed patterns. It provides structured insights that can help people better understand themselves and their lives.

This tool can:

✅Highlight your strengths and areas of potential growth.
✅Reveal hidden fears or blocks that might be holding you back.
✅Help you identify inner resources to take meaningful steps forward.

For me, numeral psychology is not a replacement for classical psychological methods – it’s an addition, another way to find clarity when traditional approaches feel limited.

How to Find Energy When You Feel Completely Drained?

One day before New Year’s Eve, my friend told me, “Everyone’s so excited, making plans for the new year, and I just… don’t feel like doing anything.”

Do you know what I told her? “That’s completely okay!”

Sometimes it feels like the whole world is moving forward, and you’re stuck in place. Then comes the fear and anxiety: “What’s wrong with me? Why am I not like everyone else?” Or worse, the fear that you’re falling behind.

Here’s the truth: you don’t need to match anyone else’s energy or excitement. The pressure to feel a certain way as the year ends can be overwhelming. But if you’re feeling tired, unmotivated, or even anxious, it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you.

💭 What can you do when anxiety and apathy take over?

1️⃣ Acknowledge your feelings.
Anxiety and fear aren’t your enemies; they’re signals. They might be telling you to slow down and care for yourself. Remind yourself: “It’s okay to feel this way. There’s nothing wrong with me.”

2️⃣ Find joy in small things.
Sometimes, little moments can bring back a sense of peace. What makes you feel even a tiny bit better? Maybe it’s a cup of tea, a short walk, or your favourite song?

👉 Try this exercise: Think of three things that bring you joy and pick one to do today. No big goals, no pressure—just a small act of kindness for yourself.

3️⃣ Let go of expectations.
You don’t have to feel a certain way because it’s the end of the year. Whether or not you’re making resolutions or feeling “motivated,” you’re doing just fine.
