I’ve been thinking of everyone today! Especially my lovely clients from Weobley High School & my private clients…

It’s been a big day & I know so many of you will be so relieved, happy with your results and feeling proud. Congratulations to all of you who are celebrating tonight! 💗✨✨

If anyone wants to message me and let me know how they got on I’d love to hear from you! I miss working with you all and know that whatever the grades- you are all still amazing young people that I am extremely proud of - whatever your results!

Please don’t be hard on yourselves if you didn’t get the grades you wanted. So many of you have been dealing with traumatic situations that have affected concentration & learning. Please be proud of yourself for who you are and just getting through! 💗

Who you are inside is so much more important than grades. 💛

Children absorb feelings in the moment when they don’t fully understand what’s going on eg: confusion, fear, shame, guilt, and can internalise it and carry it into adult life as an inner voice that undermines self esteem.

Just taking a few mins to reflect on the wonderful session we’ve just had. A profound turning point in my lovely clients journey & my heart is filled with so much respect & happiness for them. And I’m thankful, so thankful I get to be a little part of this amazing journey & witness these positive changes & moments they have fought for.

I’m just going to take 5 & enjoy the sun & view from my garden. I’ll be off work for a week now to have some precious family time.

As I was walking through lovely Weobley High School this week at bell time, a little hand reached out to me & gave me this beautiful, thoughtful little card as they passed, along with a beaming smile… 💛

The thought & care behind this & how it was delivered to me literally brought tears to my eyes. What a special young soul to be so so thoughtful.
