It’s Grief Awareness Week & those that live with grief every day, know the pain & heartache all too well.

I’ve noticed the last month that many of my clients have begun to talk more & reflect on heartbreaking losses they’ve experienced. Yes, this time of year triggers so many different emotions.

Every time my clients share their most traumatic experiences of grief, I feel thankful they can share it with me. Cruse Bereavement Support also specialise in bereavement support & offer a fantastic service. Don’t be afraid to reach out.

We honoured the 2 minutes silence today at Weobley High School, Herefordshire. I was in a session, but my lovely young client & I took time to honour & reflect on those that gave their lives for us.

So very important to do ❤️ we will never know all our brave Soldiers, Sailors & Airmen went through for us.

HOW AMAZING- what an inspirational lady Ann is! ⭐️❤️”👩‍🎓 | The moment 81-year-old Ann from Hereford received her The Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Open Degree at The Symphony Hall in Birmingham on Thursday.

She’s achieved this after losing her husband 8 years ago, her daughter just 6 months ago, and while facing terminal illness. She’s done it all with grace, courage, and determination. Her family couldn’t be prouder of her. 🎓❤️

Just a little update, I will be working on Monday & Tuesday morning for anyone that needs an appointment. I do have a couple of spaces left. I’m then off for the rest of 1/2 term week as I’ll be having time with my little one 💗
