My AFFIRMATION OF THE YEAR!

We often think that we know what’s ‘BEST’ for us. But what if what’s ‘BEST’ is beyond anything we could imagine or fathom?!

This year is about FULL SURRENDER and the completion of a full cycle of LETTING GO (Year 9)

When we surrender and let go we allow full flow to take over (you know that process that we are trusting in?) To surrender to the ‘unknown’ allows for ALL POSSIBILITIES to become available to you 😆

HOW EXCITING?!

I have already started implementing this mantra/affirmation in the past few years of my life and it has been TRANSFORMATIONAL for me 🥹

So UNIVERSE… DO YOUR BIG ONE!… & SHOW ME HOW GOOD IT CAN GET BABY!!!! 😆💃🏽🧘🏾‍♀️

Do you know what it feels like to be truly held?
To feel a love so deep that even in your darkest hours you can still see the light?
To know how to transmute pain into power and use your power for purpose?
Self love will HOLD you EVERYTIME
Even in the times that you don’t ‘feel’ it
The self love embedded deep within your subconscious will carry you both metaphorically and physically…
The beginning of this journey will feel the hardest as you shed the limiting beliefs and learn to unlearn everything we were conditioned to believe in this western world…
Take time
Give yourself grace
And most importantly GIVE YOURSELF LOVE
It is all too evident in this day in age of what the opposing side looks like…
It ain’t pretty and it ain’t healing
I am on a mission to heal generations
What comes from me HAS TO BE LOVE
And although this all starts with SELF LOVE, it all ends with GENERATIONAL LOVE
To heal the bloodline before me and the bloodline that comes from me
You are more than enough to be the start and be the end…
You are NEVER too late and always RIGHT ON TIME!

Start LITTLE and END BIG…

Action: One of the most simplest things I teach my clients is to hug themselves. You’d be very surprised at what this little action can do for your nervous system. So give yourself the biggest hug today and affirm to yourself what the little you has always wanted to hear… They NEED you, They always have, GIVE them LOVE 💙🙏🏽
