Helping those who would love to sing but have always thought they can’t discover the power of their voice. I'm a Mindset Trainer, Performance Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist Dip.Hyp | HPD | MNCH (Reg.) and have worked for over 30 years in the music industry as a singer, voice teacher and choral conductor. I work with singers and conductors to improve their mindset towards performance, alleviate performance anxiety, and help them lead better lives using hypnosis. In 2023 I created Hypnotic Semaglutide ® and put together a weight reset course called The Real Me MindTraining ® in order to help me lose my menopause pounds and gain a better relationship with food and my body. I now focus on running this as a 4 week introductory course and a monthly membership called The Real Me Club.

The Joy of Jingle

November is the month when I am working really hard on preparing our Jingle Cohort for the amazing concert on the 7th December.

This concert will be SO different from the Hope concert. The cohort is more intimate, the venue is more intimate - but we have the opportunity to do more collaborative items.

Our rehearsals have been such fun so far, with riotous laughing and lots of silliness, and cake!

The concert is going to have a few surprises. It’s not your run of the mill carol concert - it’s going to be much more interactive…

As always there will be singers performing solo for the very first time - singing alongside far more experienced singers and we’re going to have a lot of fun getting there!!

Have you heard about this year’s Mystery Christmas Singer Countdown — a month-long celebration of music, joy and festive cheer?

✨ What it’s all about

This countdown is a simple, fun celebration of singing at Christmas — and at any time of year.

Everyone can join in. Everyone should join in!

Some of our singers this year have never sung solo before, and that’s exactly what makes this special. We’re celebrating bravery, joy, and the simple act of sharing music with others.

📅 How it works

* Every day from 1st December, I’ll upload a mystery audio clip at 7am on my socials.
* It will be a short recording of one of you singing a well-known Christmas song.
* There will be multiple-choice guesses so people can try to identify the day’s singer!

* At 6pm the same day, I’ll share:
* A video reveal of you singing your verse
* Followed by your personal Christmas message

There are a couple of places still available...

🎤 What I need from you
1. Your choice of song.
Choose from the list below or pick your own festive favourite.
Once you choose please email/message me and I’ll confirm your song assignment.

2. Your video (portrait format)

Please record:
* A short clip of you singing your verse
* Then finish with any Christmas message you like, for example:
“Hi, it’s me, _____. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!”

3. Deadline: Sunday 30th November

4. Your social media handles
So I can tag you in the reveal.

🌟 So… what actually IS the From First Note to Final Curtain Vocal Programme? 🌟

People often ask me: “What happens? How does it work?”

And the truth is… it’s a journey. A journey that takes you from the very first note to the final curtain.

Here’s how it unfolds:

💫 One-to-One Time

Once a month, it’s just you and me. We laugh, we sometimes cry, and we explore your voice - what it can do, what you want from it, and how to unlock its full power. We work on your mindset (yes, you do have a voice worth sharing), and we polish your performance so you can shine on stage.

🎶 Learning at Your Own Pace

You’ll also have access to pre-recorded courses on vocal technique and performance mindset — little nuggets of training you can revisit whenever you want.

🎹 The Diva Parlour Sessions

This is where you meet the others. Small group sessions, singing with a professional accompanist. It’s where you learn to perform with piano, to connect with others, and to start feeling what it’s like to sing in front of an audience. You have two of these (the list of dates to choose from can be sent on request) and there’s cake!

👑 Diva Day

Think of it as our dress rehearsal — a safe, supportive day where we all sing for each other, building confidence and community before the big night. Also you get a lunch made by Andrew!! . (29th March)

🌟 The Gala Concert

And then… the final curtain! A live performance in a beautiful London venue, complete with a grand piano, where you step onto stage and share your voice with the world.

The next programme begins 12th January, with the final concert on Sunday 26th April at the beautiful Lauderdale House in Highgate.

This is more than just a singing course. It’s about rediscovering your voice, building confidence, and being part of a community that lifts each other up. It’s for singers of ALL levels - but it’s a completely level playing field, here everyone is equal - we are divas NOT prima donnas!!!!

🌟 From First Note to Final Curtain 🌟

“The highlight of my year.”
That’s what one of the singers called our Chronicles of Hope Gala Concert in September — and honestly, I couldn’t agree more.

This concert was the final curtain of my vocal transformation programme, From First Note to Final Curtain. And what a year it has been getting here.

It all began back in January with a photo shoot by the amazing Amanda Hutchinson. At the end, she suggested we do “a bit of silliness.” Out came a pink dress, a fur, and… the photos blew me away. Looking at them, I knew it was time to come back to my roots - to singing.

There had been little nudges before, but this moment was the turning point. With encouragement from Emma Hine and Nicola Rowley, the vision started to form: a programme that would give people - whether they’d been told they “couldn’t sing,” lost their confidence, or simply wanted to find their voice again - the chance to grow, perform, and be celebrated.

This programme became about so much more than singing. It was about community. About creating a space where singers lift each other up, where we laugh together, cry together, and step into something bigger than ourselves.

The journey wasn’t without its challenges - I broke my ankle in May and spent weeks teaching from a wheelchair, trusting that my students would still believe in me. They did. My husband supported me every step (and roll!) of the way. And we kept going.

And then… the concert.
A grand piano. A beautiful London venue. Ten brand-new divas stepping into their power, their voices filling the room.

I have never been prouder. ✨

The divas are born. And this is just the beginning. It's time to contact me if ou want to join ua in 2026.
