Just another day helping my favorites be as healthy as possible Many family start chiropractic care for their family during pregnancy and in those first few very important weeks of life. A healthy connected nervous system allows babies to adapt to stresses and grow beautifully into the little people they are meant to be.

20 years ago this week I became a doctor of chiropractic! I remember my graduation day like it was yesterday and that feeling of accomplishment. I had wanted to be a chiropractor since I was 14 years old and really could not believe that I had reached my goal. In many ways it seems like only yesterday. That day was the beginning of a beautiful career and the privilege I have of being chosen as so many people’s family chiropractor. I am still today as excited as I was that day to be in this profession. I am so grateful to the amazing friends I made at Chiropractic college and to all the amazing people who have walked through my Practice doors in the past 20 years. 20 years! That is a little bit crazy😊

Another amazing day helping little people have the best start to the healthiest life possible. This little person is the smallest baby I have ever checked (in 20 years). 6 pounds of perfection.
