This week, the JC&A team gathered at the Squantum Yacht Club for our latest company meeting, an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate the people who make us who we are.

In today’s world, it’s rare for people to stay in one place for long. At JC&A, loyalty runs deep. That commitment speaks to our culture, our dedication to community, and the opportunities we create for one another.

We proudly marked some incredible milestones as Brandon Duckham, Steven Copeland, and Maeve Gallagher-Nowlan celebrated 10 years with the company; Joseph Pires, Mathew Cahill, David Conner, and Doug Kelly reached 15 years; and Mike Crowther was honored for an extraordinary 25 years of dedication.

We also announced the next recipient of the JC&A Memorial Scholarship Fund. Established in 2016, this fund supports a deserving member of our JC&A family while honoring the lives of teammates we’ve lost, carrying forward their legacy of excellence, generosity, and service. Congratulations to Marissa Bridges and her proud parent, Eric Bridges!

As we approach our 30th year in business, we are honored by the many teammates who have chosen to build their careers and their legacy right here at JC&A.

JC&A adheres to a philosophy of “doing well by doing good”, which describes our team’s unwavering commitment to the community and exceptional team spirit. We are proud to support so many incredible charities, including Team IMPACT, Special Olympics of MA, Heading Home and Interfaith Social Services. This morning, our internal philanthropy group, JCAres, got together to prepare 100 bagged lunches to donate to the patrons of Father Bill’s!
