Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share some details about an upcoming workshop of mine.
💫 a chakra workshop, 2-4pm Sunday 29th September, Jenna Blair Yoga.
Explore the chakra system through a journey of yoga, meditation, journalling and more! This workshop will be an introduction to the chakra system: the philosophy behind it as well as some practical tips to take away for balancing the chakras in daily life. All welcome, no previous knowledge or experience is needed. There will even be time for some casual and relaxed discussion over a cup of herbal tea! 🍂 September can often feel like the turn of a new page, back to routines, back to school and we start to step into the autumn season. Many of us long to try something new and get into healthy habits at this time and Mindful Yoga is a wonderful way to nourish your mind and body. Just one hour on your yoga mat dedicated to movement, breath and presence just for you can make all of the difference. You have 3 chances to flow through mindful yoga with me, this week and every week 💖 these classes are suitable for all levels- generally a slower paced session with opportunities to try some stronger options if you wish. A different flow each, always focused on mindfulness and yoga as a holistic practice: body, mind,spirit and breath. You will be guided through a mix of asana (postures) breath work (pranayama) and other mindfulness techniques . POWER HOUR/ WEDNESDAYS 6-7PM/ THE WELLNESS ATELIER/

Flow with me this week in the beautiful town centre, purpose built cosy studio at The Wellness Atelier.

Power Hour is a stronger flow based around vinyasa with some built in longer holds. Perfect for springtime, this style of yoga helps us to create and move around energy. Although this session is a little stronger the class has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and there is no pressure, modifications are given and rest is encouraged.

ANNOUCEMENT- NEW CLASS: Wednesday 6-7pm, Power Hour Yoga at The Wellness Atelier. I am pleased to announce that I will be taking over Power Hour from this Wednesday onwards. This will be a more energised and strong flow than my other sessions, flowing through lots of vinyasas with some longer holds built in. Although this session will be a little stronger, I still encourage all levels to give it a try- as always, I will encourage you to listen to your body, rest when you need to, and modifications will be offered. Perfect to build energy and strength in the body and mind.

The studio is unique and cosy, well equipped and purpose built for classes right in the town centre of Shrewsbury and I'm so excited to be a part if the lovely team!

🌸 yoga this week 🌸 I’m back from a lovely weeks break in Ireland 🇮🇪 this picture was taken at the stunning giants causeway! I’m feeling refreshed and ready for springtime and my classes over the next few weeks will reflect this shift in seasons- using our yoga practice to release the winter months and welcome back the warmth, light and sunshine. Nature is reawakening and so are we 🌥️

✨new class starting this week ✨ mindful yoga, Wednesday 10:30-11:30am, Jenna Blair Yoga 🦚 Jenna Blair Yoga
This week join me for some heart opening postures ❤️ as it is valentines week we will focus on love- the flow of the energy of love, and the Anahata, the heart chakra. Mindful yoga always incorporates some breath work and short meditations as well as a physical practice. Suitable for all- beginners and beyond, a slow flow with some stronger options should you wish to take them.
In addition to this new Wednesday morning class, as always you can join me at my other 2 weekly mindful yoga sessions at Jenna Blair Yoga on Monday and Tuesday. My full weekly time table as follows:

👋 Goodbye Meole Brace 👋 my last class In Meole Brace Peace Memorial Hall taught last night after 2 years. It feels weird but I’m so exited for this new chapter of my business and what it will bring and offer. I’m making sure I get more time off to myself to relax as I know I don’t thrive in a busy and hectic schedule ✨I am thankful for all who have joined me and I know I was where I was supposed to be for 2 years. My goals was to offer accessible and chilled community yoga classes and I think I can say I got somewhere close to achieving that. I have met and got to know some lovely people and we created our own little vibe there for which I’ll always cherish. These were my first classes so will always have a special place in my heart. So thank you, everyone who joined me there for classes or workshops ✨💖
I am still teaching just down the road at Jenna Blair Yoga. My Wednesday morning Yoga class is relocating from Meole Brace, an hour later at 10:30-11:30am at JBY and I will still be teaching my evening sessions Monday and Tuesday 7-8pm too. All sessions must be pre booked online on the JBY website. There is still plenty of opportunities to practice with me should you wish to ☺️
