🕯️ Week 31/52 • 2025 🕯️
A week of sleepless nights and headaches, but hard to convey that in photos. So here are the lovely things that happened! Ending the week in desperate need for rest and allowing gravity to take hold of my body. Rest and recovery is so much easier and quicker once you learn how. This is why I find yoga invaluable. My medicine, my therapy, my teacher, my friend. Today, my yoga is journaling. Trust in the good stuff and it will set you free 💫🕯️✨

That week went with a bang 💥
A super varied week involving lots of people and chatting. My introverted soul is pretty depleted now, so I might just sit in a dark and quiet room for a few days 😅. Still loved it all and would not have changed a thing! All we have is now.

Wow - what a fantastic day! It was so amazing to meet everyone, from people interested in mindfulness to small local businesses. My first ever mindfulness stall. Thanks so much to Sian and all the crew and volunteers for making it a special day. Well done everyone 🙌🏻✨💫 and … what a gorgeous venue!!! Hope everyone had a happy day 🥰💫🤍

My weekly updates are still on track 😅. Summer is in full swing, bringing warmth, golden colours and incredible storms. I've been reflecting on Andrea Gibson's incredible work, celebrating their life after their recent passing. Their impact will be felt for a long time. Now, I'm gearing up for the Happier festival, where I'll spread mindfulness, creativity, and joy. Who’s in? 🌩️
