Trying to slow down—when possible 🙄—even if it’s just long enough to hold a warm cup before the day takes off.
My tea ritual has become this tiny moment where my nervous system gets a break—a pause, a breath, a reset.
And honestly, that’s been just as supportive for my mental health AND reproductive health as anything else I do.
Lately my go-tos have been:
🌿 Echinacea for immune support
🌸 Red raspberry leaf for menstrual + preconception support
