I was out walking and saw this beautiful display for a beloved pet. What a lovely reminder that children grieve and have big feelings.

Displays like this also work wonderfully to help children process and grieve miscarriages, stillbirth, and infant losses.

If you are a parent with children who experienced a loss, did you create a special memorial with your children?

I’m excited to announce that starting next week I will be introducing short daily moments of peace.

These moments will be about 5-10 minutes in length and will feature sound healing instruments.

They will focus on stress, grieving, parenting, love, peace, and more.

They are intended to be moments of calm in the stressful, overworked, and loud world we live in.

They will be posted live on here, and possibly put on YouTube and other platforms.

All are welcome! I’ll be seeing you soon!
