You can find plenty of information on how to start a "better" keto diet or how to achieve ketosis "better and faster".

Here is a guide to help you get started towards your goal. Remember that you are human and your body cannot be changed in one day. Take slow steps.
To get into ketosis, you need to eat less than 20-50 g of net carbs.
