Dear Friends this past Sunday we had a wonderful yoga experience and the session was lead by Swami Ashwiniji.
The HTKY Yoga group is indeed blessed to have been in the company of Swamiji who taught us a few very easy and yet impactful ways of initiating good health into your day to day lives.
Well the journey continues and sharing some details where Swamiji will be conducting virtual sessions all of this week and all are welcome to join in.
