yoga is for all. all ages, all sizes, all financial situations, all physical capabilities.
studios nowadays are not accessible to all and I think this is a huge problem. everyone is expected to be able to do poses like Downward Dog, but so many people can’t & you don’t need to be able to do downdog to do yoga!!
That’s why I’ve started this channel & my yoga, yoga for all. Follow &stay tuned for more.

I studied yoga from Dr. Madam Bali, he was 92 at the time. Now he is 99! His method healed my life. It was something I had never tried before, accessible to all ages and physical capabilities. Almost the whole method took place laying down on the back, and focussed on the “𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒙𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒆”
He used yoga to elicit the relaxation response to 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.
In our class we had students from aged 16-80 and even disabled students & one with cerebral palsy. His method is something I’ve never found in a typical yoga studio today, where I feel the meaning and power of yoga to heal has completely been lost.
