Being an Angel mum ( A mother who has lost a baby) has opened my eyes and heart to the many struggles women can face when trying to conceive, being pregnant, fertility problems, loosing a baby or just feeling heard. Giving birth is beautiful but it is not always a positive experience. I want to help women feel confident enough to have more discussions based around their experiences and future plans. God blessed me to have another beautiful healthy baby after i lost my daughter and that came with another set of challenges, loosing a baby and then having another one all withing 20 months i was now faced with being a new mum and loving my baby whilst also feeling great pain and anxiety. I had previously taken my natural confidence for granted and i no longer had it to do that, i want to share with you some of the things i did to help myself feel like myself again an hopefully help someone who may be suffering with similar problems feel confident once again.
