Diarrhea is a bowel movement that is more liquid than solid or has a loose texture.

▶️ Duration: Acute Diarrhea lasts for 1-3 days & sometimes for a week.

▶️ Symptoms: Cramps, Watery stools, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Abdominal bloating & pain.

Carbohydrates are major macronutrient & one of your body’s primary source of energy. 

Some weight loss programs discourage eating them, but the key is finding the right carbs - not avoiding them completely.

They are made up of three components: Fiber, Starch & Sugar. Fiber & starch are complex carbs, while sugar is a simple carb. 

🍩 Simple carbs are sugar. Try to avoid some of the most common refined sources & look for alternatives to satisfy those sweet cravings.

For example:
Sugary soda, baked items, flavored packaged juices, packaged cereals etc.

🍎 Be sure to include the complex carbs as a regular part of your diet.

For example:
Whole grains, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, beans etc.

ALMOND MILK

A Nutritious Low-Calorie Drink With Nutty Flavor

➡️ Recipe:
One cup raw almonds
Five cups of water
Sugar/honey/date as per taste
Pinch of salt

➡️ Take almonds & soak them overnight. In morning, drain water, put almonds in blender, add five cups of water, one date & pinch of salt. Blend them well.
Now take cheesecloth & strain the liquid. You can refrigerate it for 3-5 days.

1️⃣ TOO LITTLE PROTEIN:
As hair is made of protein like keratin.
- Best sources: Eggs, lean meat, dairy, beans, legumes.

2️⃣ LOW IRON LEVELS:
As iron supports flow of oxygen to hair follicles.
- Best sources: Red meat, leafy greens, legumes.

3️⃣ VITAMIN DEFICIENCIES:
Biotin deficiency can cause hair loss & thinning.
- Best sources: Egg yolk, meat, whole grains.

Vitamin C, D, E deficiencies are also associated with hair loss.
- Vitamin C best sources: Citrus fruits, leafy greens, bell peppers.
